ACF Fall no packet penalty

ACF has decided to offer a no packet penalty for its Fall 
tournament.  If you haven't submitted a packet (or have not made 
prior arrangements concerning packets with us) you can still play in 
the tournament for ten dollars over the last packet deadline 
penalty.  This means +$50 for experienced teams and +$30 for novice 
and freshman teams.
