ACF Regionals Southwest 2005

Greetings, everyone! I am pleased to state that the University of 
Tulsa will be this year's host of ACF Regionals Southwest, to be held 
on Saturday February 26th, 2005.

Fees and Discounts:
Base Fee: $100
Additionals Teams: $80/each
Buzzer Discount: -$10 (limit 2)
Moderator Discount: -$10 (only if we use them)
Travel Discount: -$5/per 75 miles (max of -$30)
Minimum Fee: $60

Packet Deadlines, Discounts, and Penalties:
January 14th: -$30
January 28th: -$20
February 4th: No penalty deadline
February 11th: +$20
Teams that are required to submit packets but do not may compete, but 
they will be charged a $40 fee to play.

Any questions, comments, or concerns should be directed towards me. 
When registering, please indicate to me how many teams you will send 
(as well as their classification), buzzer systems, and moderators. If 
money is a hindrance to your attendance, please let me know, and we 
will work something out. Upon registering, you will receive a more 
concise and detailed tournament announcement, if you have not already 
received one. I hope to see many teams in Green Country at the end of 
February. Thanks.
