Hey everyone, There was a dropped team today, which brought our count to an awkward number. We would love if 1, possibly 2 more teams could add even at this late date. Also, if you are registered and for some reason need to drop, please let us know as soon as possible. Again that email is pmlitvak at gmail dot com. Below are the directions I got from the kind folks at Northwestern. Registration will begin at 9am, with play beginning at 9:30. Best, Paul Litvak Tournament Pageboy blah blah blah The address of the building all of the rooms are in is 2145 Sheridan Road, Evanston, Illinois, 60201. So if someone wants to Mapquest it, use that address. There's a parking lot directly across the street that should be empty on a Saturday morning. Now as far as directions go, it's fairly easy to get to campus. From downtown, get on LSD(Lake Shore Drive), take it north till Hollywood. (LSD ends at Hollywood so no choice) At Hollywood, turn right onto Sheridan Rd. Stay on Sheridan and you'll be on campus in about 20 minutes or so depending on traffic. Sheridan weaves, so make sure to watch and follow it. From the airports: two ways per airport. Midway: 1. EL: Jump on the Orange Line. Take that to State and Lake. Transfer to the Red Line and take that north to Howard. There, transfer to Purple Line and take it to Noyes. From there walk three blocks east to the building. Can't miss it. 2. Driving: From arrivals, head north. Turn right onto Cicero Ave. Take that to I-55, the Stevenson Expy. That will lead directly to LSD. From there the directions are same as from downtown. O'Hare: 1. EL: Jump on the Blue Line. Take that to Washington. Transfer to Red Line. Then same as before. 2. Driving: There are lots of routes from O'Hare. I suggest they just Mapquest one of them. They all amount to getting on the Kennedy Expy, moving onto the Edens Expy then getting off eastbound at some point. Also if you don't understand my EL directions, look at this link and refer others to it as well. http://chicagotransitauthority.com/maps/rail/rail.html It's color coded.
