Project Researcher/Editor volunteer position available The Partnership for Academic Competition Excellence is seeking a motivated academic competition team player or advisor for an unpaid volunteer position as a Project Researcher/Editor for the Academic Competitions Project. The Researcher/Editor will work under the supervision of the Director of Outreach on surveying the needs of high school academic competition tournament organizers and directors by developing and implementing evaluations among competition participants. Candidates for this position will have an established record of successful leadership, reliability, and excellent program management with academic competitions, especially at the high school level. The incumbent will be expected to interact confidentially with all PACE members and diplomatically with other academic team advisors, students, and their supporters, demonstrating a commitment to the mission and long-term growth of PACE. The incumbent must have a high school diploma; college-level degree is preferred. This position will benefit the incumbent by offering an opportunity to refine and further develop the candidate's communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills while making a difference to expand and improve the quality of high school academic competitions.
