Sword Bowl Mirror at Drake University

As the subject (hopefully) suggests, Drake University is hosting a 
mirror of UTC's Swordbowl, and it will be held concurrently on 
Saturday, January 21st, 2006, at the beautimous Drake University 
campus in Des Moines. 

As for eligibility, we will have a "junior-bird" division, 
consisting of teams whose members have participated in 
intercollegiate Quiz Bowl competition for two or less years, and a 
senior division, consisting of undergraduate players with more than 
two years experience. 

If sufficient demand presents itself, we may also offer an open 
division, for people no longer in an undergraduate institution.

Here's what we need from people: We need the number of teams you're 
submitting in each division, how many buzzer systems and/or 
moderators you intend to send, and... well... uh... that's it, I 
suppose.

FEES: Ah, yes, the fees...
Base fee: $60/first team, $50/additional team
DISCOUNTS:
Buzzer: -$10 per unit
Moderator: -15 per unit
Travel Discount: At my discretion (but, as someone whose driven to 
nearly every tournament we've been to, I'm usually pretty generous)
Minimum fee per team: $40 (less travel discounts)
