Waitlist prospects

How good are they? If I recall correctly, last year there were only 2 
teams that got in off the D-1 waitlist, though I understand that more 
have done so in previous years? Meh?

The team in question is Dartmouth, by the way. We're 4th on the list, 
and not holding our collective breath, but not abandoning all hope yet.
