We are very sorry for the late notice on this, but the Boston
University College Bowl team will be hosting a trash junior bird on
Saturday, October 21, 2006. The tournament will not be packet
submission as it will be written in-house. As it's a junior bird,
we'll focus on:
a) events and people (primarily) from the past 20 years, and
b) generally easier topics than most trash tournaments.
The emphasis here will be on fun, not stumping everyone with obscure
Perfect Strangers or Camel knowledge. Here are some eligibility
guidelines:
* Teams consisting exclusively of players in their first or second
year of collegiate competition may play as teams of four.
* Teams including players in their third or fourth year of
collegiate competition may play as teams of three.
* Teams consisting of players beyond their fourth year of collegiate
competition may consist of a maximum of 2 players; if a player has
ever finished in the top 15 in individual scoring at TRASHionals,
regardless of age group, they must play alone.
And a fee structure:
First Team: $120
Subsequent Teams: $100
Buzzer: -$5 each
Moderator: -$15 each
Travel: negotiable
