Date Change: MLK and ABD mirrors

Due to possible conflicts with other tournaments, the MLK mirror at
Boston University will be run on Saturday, February 3 2007.  The ABD
mirror will be run the following day (Sunday, February 4 2007).  Note
that the packet deadline for a discount for ABD will remain unchanged
(January 1, 2007).
