Coaches and Players --
The ICT bids for community colleges have now been posted on NAQT's website:

The delay was caused by the Mississippi host which failed to submit
results beyond the identity of the winner. NAQT has made its best
effort to issue invitations fairly in spite of the lack of data from
that Sectional, but we acknowledge the difficulty in doing so.
