When we thought up this crazy (and we mean crazy)
scheme, we tailored it so that a good team would tailor
the "classes" to individual member strengths. i.e.
the best player would be a fighter since he gets a
lot of tossups, and thus has a higher chance of
nailing one or all three of the 25s. Someone who is a
notorious negger (which tends to be but isn't always the
best player) would be the cleric. The weakest player
who never gets any tossups anyway might be the wizard
or the thief. It would definitely be better to make
each player on your team a different class but you
could have 4 wizards if you wanted.

And we may
keep separate stats for fighters, clerics, wizards,
and thieves too. We'll probably decide by popular
vote at our tourney.

I hope this idea works and
doesn't become a scorekeeper's nightmare!
