Congratulations to Caltech (Richard Mason, Maribeth Swiatek,
Chris Nolte, and Jay Catherwood) for winning BASQUE II,
Berkeley's mirror of the 2000 Chicago Open. The seven teams
in attendance played a double round-robin, after
which Caltech led Stanford A by two games, so no final
was
necessary. The individual scoring title was won fairly
comfortably by Andy Felton, a late addition to the
Silicon-Age team.
