Um, anytime you
purchase something--you are engaging in a contract. Breach
is certainly a possible or even probable claim
here--I'm not sure how much of a remedy there would be--I
don't know if the UCC applies here (I assume it does)
etc. Someone more up on that area could answer this
one.
In a nutshell, a contract is composed of
:offer, acceptance, consideration. You have all of that
here--so you most definitely have a
contract.
