Minnesota Junior Bird Results

Below are results from the Minnesota Junior Bird,
Held January 20, 2001 at the University of Minnesota.


Congratulations to Wisconsin for winning the 2nd year in a
row.

Thanks to my readers Matt and Jen from Iowa, Eric and
Shane from Carleton, Dave, Scott, Jer, and Martin from
Minnesota. Thanks to Chris for organizational assistance and
Fred for the cakes and Jer for the
prizes.

Teams played a full round robin, they were then broken
into two brackets (top four teams in top bracket) and
played a mini-round robin. The result was that Wisconsin
had most wins and most total points, obviating the
need for a playoff. Carleton A finished
second.

MVPs were Brant from Carleton B, Adam from Wisconsin,
Jeff from Iowa State, and Neal from Carleton
A.
