Just to get off the subject of religion vs.
science vs. religious science vs. scientific religion...
which is all a moot point, anyway, because creationism
and evolution CAN coexist...
I was looking at
ACF Nationals results, and while I'm happy that
everyone who played scored a positive number of points
(certainly more than can be said of most tournaments, ours
included), I couldn't help but feel sorry for the lesser
teams. UTC's bonus conversion of four couldn't have made
for a pleasant day, and they're such nice
people.
Anyway, I know you can't write questions for the back of
the field (especially at a national championship).
But the question remains: what *should* overall bonus
conversion for a tournament be? ACF Nationals clocked in at
41.6%, which seems kinda low. Then again, we didn't do
much better (44.8%). My gut instinct tells me 50% is
right, but is that too high?
In short, what is
your target bonus conversion for the
field?
