Most of the arguments about the 5-10-15 bonuses
are making the assumption that parts worth more
points are necessarily harder. This doesn't have to be
true. If you have an especially hard part, or a part
new to the cannon, why not make it worth 5 or 10.
Thus the truly knowledgable teams still score 30, and
slightly less knowledgable teams have a shot at 20 or 25.
This causes a problem with rule formats that use the
next equal valued bonus part to correct mistakes, but
I never liked that rule anyway. :)
