On Saturday, April 28, twenty teams competed in the second NAQT New Jersey State Championship. In the preliminary round, teams were divided into three brackets and played a full round-robin. Following the preliminary rounds, teams were divided into playoff brackets in groups of 6-5-5-4, with the top two teams from each bracket forming the group of six teams that played for the championship. As was mentioned in an earlier post, after the playoff round-robin there was a 5-way tie for second that was broken by total points in the playoffs. Final standings are as follows: 1.
