UC Berkeley Quiz Bowl and BASQUE III

Greetings from Berkeley
Quiz Bowl and here are a few announcements from the
bay area:

Leadership:
The Consuls for the
Fall 2001 Semester are Seth Teitler
(satelite_at_...) and Ross Ritterman
(ross-steven_at_...). Address any questions regarding club related
events and administration to either of us.

The
Quaestor (Treasurer) will be Matt Levine
(arwmatt_at_...).

BASQUE III

BASQUE III (Bay Area Summer Quiz
Ultimate Extravaganza III, subtitle forthcoming) will be
held then weekend of July 28th. The specifics have not
been hammered out in full however we will be mirroring
the 2001 Chicago Open, The Herbert Spencer Singles
Tournament, and Capitol Punishment III (Trash). It may take
Saturday-Sunday or possibly Friday-Saturday-Sunday with one
tournament/day. Respectively, the tournament directors are Matt
Levine (arwmatt_at_...), Juliana Froggatt
(jefrog_at_...), and Seth Teitler (satelite_at_...).
Any general questions can be directed to Ross
Ritterman (ross-steven_at_...) or to Steve
Kaplan (skap07_at_...). Expect an official
announcement in the near future with exact dates, times and a
fee schedule.
