There were exactly 4 science
TUs/bonuses per packet, and each packet had exactly 1
TU/bonus each on physics, chemistry, and biology (plus one
"miscellaneous" comprised of silly things like geology,
astronomy, scientists, etc.). Thus, the skew makes sense
when you realize it's half the science
distribution.
This probably seems out of whack because most
tournaments tend to be erroneously physics-heavy and lack a
set distribution.
