Community, For those interested, the University of California at Berkeley Quiz Bowl Club hosted Bear Cub Classic III: Too Young To Hibernate - a high school tournament this Saturday, 27 October 2001. The Championship went to Mission San Jose High School (Fremont, CA) A who finished with a 9-1 record. Congratulations to Kathrine, Tim, Joe, Vevek and Li for their win. Second place went to Half Moon Bay HS so additional congratulations to Dara, James, Colin, and Ian. We gave prizes for the top 4 scorers based on total points scored since not all players played an equal number of rounds. Those 4 are: 1. Flynn - Archbishop Riordan HS A - 625 pts. 2. Kathrine - Mission San Jose HS A - 460 pts. 3. Jeff - Bentley HS A - 425pts 4. Nick G. - Carlmont A - 400pts.
