Eric Hillemann, Mary Oberempt, James Dinan, or anyone
else in a position like that make such a comment. I
actually am all for ACF, and want to see it thrive, but I
think "official" responses which do little but insult
customers damage the organization and further the old
stereotypes.

I heard a story about Mary Oberempt using some much
more colorful language when responding to a complaint
once. It's secondhand, so the person who shared it with
me can elaborate here if he wants to.
