These are some very quick results to tide us over until I get the stats file from the owner of the laptop on which we kept the stats.... There was a 13-round round-robin, where each of the 14 teams played every other team once. We figured out standings based on wins and losses, and total points in the case of a tie (there were 5 or 6 teams tied at 5-8, for example). We actually played on rounds 2-14, since round 1 was missing a page of bonuses (a printing error on my part....I never noticed it until we were starting to play). The Mike Keenan Employment Agency was undefeated at 13-0, and they won an assortment of prizes, including 10 cents worth of Canadian Tire money. Dwight Kidder had the highest individual score, at a little over 98 points per game - for this he won William Shatner's autobiography. While one of UWO's players had a great wrong answer (O-Town for The Monkees), Craig Barker won this distinction by getting the Kevin Olmstead question wrong. It would have been more amusing if Kevin was reading the question, but he was in a different room, unfortunately. Craig's prize was a bar of soap. I don't recall who had the most negs at the moment, but I believe it was someone from Triple Cheeseburgers, My Anti-Drug....they won The Unabridged Encyclopedia of Farts. I will have much more complete stats later! Adam Bishop UWO Quiz Bowl
