================================= Practical question: Is there any possible way to get to this club by typing something into the URL box? Every time I want to get to it on a public computer, here are my steps: 1) Type in "<a href=http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/quizbowl target=new>http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/quizbowl</a>" 2) It waits a little while and says "Club is not found." 3) Click on the link to "search for clubs" 4) Type in "quizbowl" 5) It brings up a list of clubs, including quizbowl and, lately, "qbtuggers" (??) 6) Click on "quizbowl" 7) It takes me to "<a href=http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/quizbowl target=new>http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/quizbowl</a>" Now, I don't know anything about computer science, but I've never seen another website with such a simple address (no punctuation marks, or question marks, or odd extensions, or any randomization or indication that it's the response to a query, which this website isn't anyway) that nonetheless could not be typed in and had to be reached by linking. It works fine as a bookmark too. Is there something else one can type in? ====================================== Typing a forward slash after "clubs/quizbowl" like clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/quizbowl/ doesn't work. Typing without that forward slash has worked for me. Jason Paik WU Academic Team
