At most
invitationals and NAQT tournaments, over half the field has a
chance of winning the tournament that was very close to
zero.
At NAQT Nationals, this will also hold
true.
Therefore, I resolve that only Michigan, Harvard, Berkeley
and Princeton be at the 2002 NAQT
ICT.
