tournament at UCLA on April 20th _at_ 2pm, and the only requirement is a

more details).

Fee structure:
Fee schedule (per team): $70 base fee
$5 for bringing a working buzzer system (max. 1 per team)
-$10 for bringing a qualified reader (max. 1 per team)
-$10 for submitting your questions early (before April 1st)
+$10 for submitting your questions late (after April 10th)
