Dear esteemed members of the academic competition community:
Allow me to introduce myself. Recently, I was hired to restructure
Carnegie Mellon University's academic competition program, a process
which has taken months of painstaking research and determined
insight.
Today, I am proud to announce the results of my retooling: Carnegie
Mellon University College Bowl will soon be known as Librient
Academic Competition Group. A press release stating this has been
placed on the web at http://www.librient.com/, and it has been
linked from the organization's main web page at
http://www.andrew.cmu.edu/org/college-bowl/.
This move will not have an effect on the current or future
leadership of the club, except for my temporary addition as Director
of Public Relations during this brief transition period. I will
also be setting up an autoresponder at my main e-mail address
(gricman_at_...). Please send me a message if you have any
questions, and you will receive full details in the reply.
It has been a pleasure to have worked on this project, and I hope
that you will be as pleased as I am with the results.
Sincerely,
--
Gene Ricman
