ACF Nationals -- Swing Team

At the moment we have 27 teams for ACF nationals, and someone who'll 
only play if it makes the brackets work better (we'd rather have 28). 
If anyone, of any eligibility status, wants to be ACF Nationals' 
swing team, please give trivia_at_... a holler.
