Jeff Hoppes is the history subject editor for NAQT, NAQT's communications director and their liaison to the forums, president of NCQBA, and a former Chief Administrator of the Hsquizbowl.org forums. Jeff is an unofficial candidate for Nicest Guy in Quizbowl.
