ACF Fall 2013 was held over the weekend of November 2nd, 2013, at twelve regional sites throughout the United States and Canada (including one high school-only site) and one in the UK. This tournament was head-edited by Stephen Liu, who was assisted by Tanay Kothari, Ankit Aggarwal, Adam Silverman, Lloyd Sy, Stephen Eltinge, John Lawrence, and Andrew Hart. As in 2012, it featured an event held for exclusively for high school teams, a response in large part to the Illinois High School Association's newly (2012) instituted ban of high school teams competing against collegiate teams even in activities that IHSA does not govern.
