The MQBA also operates a four division [[MNHSQB League|league]] that has four preliminary meetings a season and lasts from October to February on Thursday evenings. Each meeting is colloquially known as a "league night" and consists of four rounds against random opponents. Each of these league nights occur at simultaneously each divisional location. In February the the league's top teams are seeded into a double elimination tournament held at a central location with high rounds being broadcast on BCTV4 exclusively in Burnsville, MN. The league currently uses a custom written packet derived from an NAQT A level packet and lightning rounds.
