The Morgan Costa-Rhodes Memorial Scholarship is a college scholarship offered by PACE to current high school seniors who are active in quizbowl and community service and who have financial need.

The scholarship was established in 2017 to commemorate the philanthropist spirit of its namesake. Morgan Costa-Rhodes was a member of the Parkersburg High quiz bowl team who passed away in 2011. Fred Morlan urged PACE to launch the scholarship while he was a member of the organization.
