Sam Haynes is a former player for Jefferson City High School in Missouri and Washington University in St. Louis.
Sam led Jefferson City to several strong finishes at Missouri Quizbowl Alliance certified tournaments in 2010 and 2011, and was the top scorer in the preliminary rounds at the 2011 NAQT Missouri Qualifier.
Sam established and directed the Bill Currie Memorial Tournament in November 2010 and was awarded the first ever MOQBA Award for Outstanding Student Involvement in 2011 for her efforts.
