Jeffrey Hill is a founding member and the current president of the Missouri Quizbowl Alliance. He played for Liberty High School from 2002-2005 and Missouri S&T from 2005-2009. Jeffrey operates scobo.net, which hosts his ScoBo Question Database and ScoBo Tournament Central web applications. Jeffrey became a member of PACE in 2009.
