Joel Gluskin is the Logistics Director for several of NAQT's national championships, including every HSNCT and ICT of the past several years. Joel can be easily spotted from his St. Louis Cardinals baseball cap, which he wears to every tournament he runs (R. Robert Hentzel has asked teams at many a championship to "find the guy in the red baseball cap" if they have a problem that needs solving). Though his role is roughly analogous to the TD at most non-NAQT events, the title of tournament director is usually reserved to Hentzel at NAQT championships.
Joel attended Stevenson High School in the north suburbs of Chicago, where he was a member of the school's first state champion team, and also played at WUSTL.
