The 2003 National Scholastic Championship was won by Dorman, consisting of Cale Bonner, Adam Herring, Jason Kopp, and Terrill Wilkins. The tournament was held at Case Western Reserve University.

Tournament results

Dorman defeated Thomas Jefferson in the final. Dorman and Thomas Jefferson defeated Dunbar and Detroit Catholic Central in the semifinals, respectively.

The tournament used the old PACE NSC tournament format including an all-in consolation playoff.

At this tournament, Dunbar became the first team to defeat State College A in a prelim match in the history of the NSC.

The tournament all-stars, selected by polling participating teams and staff, were Monica Guo of State College, John Paul Hampstead of Powell, Sean Hou of Fort Mill, Byron McDougall of Webb, Noah Rahman of Solon, Tim Svenson of Detroit Country Day, Peter Troyan of Detroit Catholic Central, Terrill Wilkins of Dorman, and James Zhang of Dunbar.

One of the players on Thomas Jefferson A scored 74 ppg, but the entire team used pseudonyms, so the particular player cannot be identified for the all-star list.
