Notes
- Smithville's 350-280 win in the Class 5 District 8 final snapped Savannah's streak of 23 consecutive district championships dating back to the school's first district championship in 2000. The longest active streak became St. Joseph Central's 10 consecutive championships dating to 2014. With Houston and Kickapoo also losing their district championship games, Central's is the only streak active as of 2024 that extends before 2021 into the four class era.
