The 2018 Small School National Championship Tournament was a tournament sponsored by NAQT and held at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare in Rosemont, Illinois April 27-29, 2018. This was the fifth SSNCT run by NAQT.

The tournament was split into two separate divisions: the Traditional Public Schools Division, which was open to public schools with 500 or fewer students enrolled in the top three grades; and the Open Division, which was open to schools that did not meet the definition of a "Traditional Public School" and which had 350 or fewer students enrolled in their top three grades. The Traditional Public Schools Division also contained a Very Small Schools subdivision, which consisted of public schools with 300 or fewer students enrolled in their top three grades.

In the 2018 SSNCT, 96 schools played in the traditional public division and 53 of them met the qualification of "Very Small School." 64 schools participated in the open division.
