Patrick Henry High School is located in Roanoke in southwestern Virginia and is coached by Deborah Wood. Patrick Henry is active in VHSL and occasionally attends the Cave Spring Invitational.
In VHSL, Patrick Henry was part of the VHSL Northwest Region (Western Valley District) until the 2014 VHSL Realignment. After the 2014 realignment, the school became part of VHSL Region 6A South (Conference 3). Patrick Henry was transferred to VHSL Region 5A North (Conference 16, River Ridge District) before the 2015-16 season. Starting with the 2017-18 season, Patrick Henry will be part of VHSL Class 5 Region D as a result of the 2018 VHSL Realignment.
Patrick Henry won the 2014 Conference 3 tournament and was runner up in 2015. In 2016, they placed second at the Conference 16 tournament. Patrick Henry attended the Cave Spring Invitational in 2013, 2015, and 2016.
