Granite City High School is a public high school in Granite City, Illinois located outside of St. Louis. It competes in Class AA, the "large school" division, of the Illinois High School Association’s State Championship Series. The Warriors also compete in the South Central Scholastic League, Metro East Quad League, & WSIU's Hi-Q.

Along with rivals O'Fallon, the Warriors are one of the more competitive large schools in the Metro-East region boasting several top finishes in Hi-Q and the Metro East Quad League over the years.

Granite City emerged as a top mid-field team during the COVID-19 pandemic behind aces Lily Relleke & Isaiah Wing. During the 2020-21 season, the team saw several playoff finishes in the IHSSBCA Turnabout, IHSSBCA Kickoff, & SCOP Tournaments. Under the leadership of coach Jaime Pamatot, Granite City has also taken on tournament hosting duties for the Metro-East region including IHSSBCA Kickoff & Turnabout, FROSTBITE, & Masonic Sectionals. Pamatot was named 2022 IHSSBCA Coach of the Year in recongition of her efforts.
