O'Fallon Township High School is a public high school in O'Fallon, Illinois located outside of St. Louis. It competes in Class AA, the "large school" division, of the Illinois High School Association’s State Championship Series. The Panthers also compete in the Southwestern Conference, Metro East Quad League, & WSIU's Hi-Q.
Along with rivals, Granite City, the Panthers are one of the more competitive large schools in the Metro-East region boasting several top finishes in Hi-Q and the Metro East Quad League over the years.
