Results
Division I
Virginia (Evan Adams, Matt Bollinger, Tommy Casalaspi and David Seal) beat Illinois (Greg Baboukis, Billy Busse, Ike Jose, and Austin Listerud) 545-150 in the first game of an advantaged final. Third place went to Yale (Matt Jackson, Kevin Koai, John Lawrence, and Ashvin Srivatsa).
The Division I All-Stars were as follows:
- Auroni Gupta, Cal-San Diego (undergraduate)
- Will Butler, Georgia Tech
- Trevor Davis, Carnegie Mellon
- Eric Mukherjee, Penn
- Neil Gurram, MIT (undergraduate)
- Chris Ray, Maryland
- Matthew Bollinger, Virginia (undergraduate)
- Andrew Hart, Minnesota
In addition, Ike Jose was the last remaining undergraduate All-Star.
Illinois was awarded the Division I Undergraduate championship, but it was later realized that Greg Baboukis was in his fifth year of SCT/ICT play, making them ineligible. The next highest placing undergraduate teams were MIT and Ohio State, who should have played for the UG championship. Even later, the Undergraduate title was given to Ohio State outright, after it was revealed that MIT's Josh Alman had been cheating.
Division II
Harvard took the DII crown after beating New York University. Michigan State finished third.
The tournament All-Stars in DII are as follows:
- Paul Kelson, Chipola
- Stephen Eltinge, MIT
- Alex Gerten, Wisconsin
- Peter Estall, Minnesota
- Alex Gross, Delaware
- Dennis Beeby, Ottawa
- Andrew Nadig, Carnegie Mellon
- Matt Messana, Notre Dame
The community college champion was Chipola.
