Darren was on the 41st place Crystal Springs team at the 2017 HSNCT alongside Jamie Cleron, Justine French, Anika Kamath, and Partha Rao
In 2018, Darren joined Partha, Justine, and Alice Jiang on the 2018 Crystal Springs team which placed 12th at the 2018 HSNCT and 7th at the NSC.

Darren played on DI Georgetown B team at the 2020 SCT at Penn.
