St. Joseph-Odgen High School is a public high school in St. Joseph, Illinois just east of Champaign-Urbana. The Spartans compete in Class A, the "small school" division, of the Illinois High School Association's State Championship series and the Illini Prairie Conference.
St. Joseph-Odgen were quarterfinalists in the first IHSA State Tournament in 1986. The Spartans have been coached by Marshall Schacht for many years, under whose tenure the team saw podium finishes in both the IHSA & Masonic State Tournaments in 2010.
Coach Schacht has been scholastic bowl director of the Illini Prairie Conference since its formation in 2018.
