Stephen Pearson is a quizzer best known for founding and coaching the Manchester quizbowl team. Stephen led the university to a semi-final spot on University Challenge in 1996, and upon returning to the university for a postgraduate degree, he led the team to a BSQC victory in 2002 and a top scoring spot in 2003. Ever since, Stephen has coached the Manchester University Challenge team to four titles and continues to enter open tournaments with the MUESLI team.
