Tora Husar was a player for the University of Minnesota. She previously played on the 2018 Wayzata team that placed t-8th at the 2018 HSNCT and 3rd at the 2018 NSC with teammates Joe Kammann and Geoffrey Chen, as well as Brian Sachs for HSNCT. Tora also placed 3rd at the 2018 IPNCT, marking the highest finish by a female player at any IPNCT.
Tora is a member of PACE. As president of the Minnesota club for the 2020-21 and 2021-22 seasons, she has been a leading figure in the push to spread "good quizbowl" throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan region.
