Tournament Center website is up

Greetings, all:

I mentioned some time ago that I'd be interested in putting together 
a tournament center website, so that the collegiate circuit can 
maintain one source of information for upcoming tournaments.  I had 
been sidetracked by helping to run tournaments on the past two 
weekends here at Iowa State; finally, this week, I had the time to 
finish the databases and put something on the web.

I've posted a website at http://www.e-falk.com/qb where, I hope, 
players will be able to find a complete list of upcoming tournaments.

This website is still in its infancy.  The design, at the moment, is 
extremely basic, but fully functional.  All facets of the site are 
automated, so that a tournament director can add directly to our 
database.  (They won't appear immediately because they wait for 
administrator approval before they're posted.)  However, there are 
only a few tournaments in the database-- please, if you're 
hosting a tournament, help me fix that.

Please check out the site, and if you have any feedback, positive or 
negative, I'd appreciate your opinions.  Please let me know 
especially if anything doesn't work the way you expect it to work.  I
