The rush of quizbowl neo-Luddites to demonstrate that they fear
science and progress more than the average Iranian cleric may have
obscured this line from the distribution:

The total happens to be equal to that of literature. I commend Rice
for elevating the prominence of this important area of knowledge and I
can only hope that those submitting packets rise to the occasion and
write questions on more than just lame economics, social scientists,
and books by social scientist.
