Don't see a post yet, so:
60 teams were signed up for Penn Bowl. They were split into six 10-
team (more or less; a couple no-shows) brackets and then reseeded
into ten brackets of six based on win-loss records. The top eight
teams made it into single-elim playoffs:
1. Berkeley (15-0)
2. Michigan A (14-1)
3. Chicago A (14-1)
4. Virginia Commonwealth (Matt Weiner solo) (14-1)
5. Rochester A (13-2)
6. Yale A (13-2)
7. Maryland A (12-3)
8. Michigan B (12-3)
Texas A&M would've made the playoffs, but they wrote the playoff
packets, so they were ineligible.
Playoffs:
Berkeley def. Michigan B
Michigan A def. Maryland A
Yale A def. Chicago A
Rochester A. def VCU
Berkeley def Rochester A
Michigan A def. Yale A
Michigan A def. Berkeley for the win, in a fairly close game; not
many teams got to see it since the final ended around 9 p.m.
