A whole lot of changes have been made to the tournament structure
that would be too numerous to list here. Plus, no one has registered
yet, and I know people are getting tired of corrections. Thus, I
have put the announcement on my newly-created webpage at
www.angelfire.com/ar3/bucktowntiger/2003qualifier/qualifier.html and
I will be continuing to provide updates and more detailed information
as I receive registrations. Eventually, the information will also be
at Arkansas Quiz Bowl's official website, cavern.uark.edu/~quizbowl.
