Nope, Montana State is definitely *not* active. We tried inviting
all the CBI Region 14 teams from last year (including Montana State)
to our tournaments this year through their CBI contacts, but only one
team, Washington State, responded, coming out to ACF Fall last
November. There are only two active teams in our region, Univ. of
British Columbia and Simon Fraser, neither one of us playing CBI
because of financial reasons.
