Boy, we were sure tame at DePauw when James McQuiston decided
(wisely, I think) to call our annual trash tournament DUCK Bowl.
Just think, we could have called it the Depauw Invitational
Competition of Knowledge, or something equally witty. Perhaps it's
things like this that turn people off from the college game (women,
younger players, etc). It was kinda brazen when Sean Phillips
called his tournament S.L.U.T.T., but am I the only one who thinks
that this (tournaments at Cornell and Princeton, for example) has
perhaps gotten out of hand?
Now sure he's old and crotchety (and fairly sure there will be
someone out there who laughs at the word "crotchety"),
